3.1. Third Party Service Providers: VOF JACKFROST has partnered with several service providers, whose services and solutions complement, facilitate, and enhance our own. These include hosting services, communications, data and cyber security services, billing and payment processing services, domain name registrars, fraud detection and prevention services, web analytics, e-mail distribution and monitoring services, marketing services, and our legal and financial advisers (collectively, “Third Party Service Provider(s)”).
VOF JACKFROST may share the following categories of Personal Information with Third Party Service Providers for a business purpose:
Identifiers (including name, alias, postal address, email address) payment information, contact information.
Commercial Personal Information, for example Personal Information regarding services purchased, obtained, or considered.

In connection with a change in corporate control: In addition, should VOF JACKFROST or any of its affiliates undergo any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of substantially all of its assets, your Personal Information may be shared with the parties involved in such event.
3.5. Upon Your Further Direction: We may provide your Personal Information to Third Party Service upon your own request, like for example booking a taxi service or making a restaurant reservation.

4. Where do we store your ‘Personal Information’?
4.4. Personal Information used in communications (e.g. name, email address, invoice details) can also be stored on computers in our local network at our business address. This information is protected by multiple firewalls and the computers are kept secure with anti-malware and anti-virus software. Important payment information is never stored here.
Please note that we do not change our practices in response to a “Do Not Track” signal in the HTTP header from a browser or mobile application, however, most browsers allow you to control cookies, including whether or not to accept them and how to remove them.
